To enhance sales activities in the Benelux region, a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical devices, and provider of innovative healthcare solutions, is looking for a Product Manager, Benelux.

As a Product Manager for the Benelux region, your primary responsibilities will encompass overseeing the sterile procedure tray (SPT) product lines. You will serve as the resident expert on your product lines, managing your territory as a business unit. In addition, you will take the lead in managing the surgical drapes, gowns, and packs divisions in your territory, actively identifying new business opportunities, supporting product launches, and collaborating with specialised teams.

The role of product manager is both key and strategic. Therefore, you can expect support from your division and various teams to facilitate the implementation of your strategies.

  • and communicate inventory status; address surplus and backorder situations.
  • with key customers through visits and participate in trials and product trainings.

Are you our match?

  • experience in the operating theatre (with patient care/medical/pharmaceutical training) is a must
  • unique blend of business and technical savviness, plus a big-picture vision
  • spending time in the market to understand customers’ challenges and finding technical and financial, innovative solutions for the broader market
  • organisational, planning, communication (written and verbal), and follow-up skills.
  • teamwork skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • and problem-solving approach, with the ability to be assertive, take initiative, and get the job done
  • familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
  • fluent in French and Dutch, with a working knowledge of English (mandatory)
  • and able to travel within the Benelux region (approximately 50 to 60%).
