Your Mission
As an Area Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer support, and business development in your assigned territory. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal product positioning, and achieving annual sales targets.
Your key stakeholders will include:
✔ General Surgeons
✔ Urologists
✔ Gynecologists
✔ Purchase Departments
✔ Operating Room Staff
✔ Medical Technology Departments
Your Key Responsibilities
🔹 Drive sales and business growth, ensuring targets are met
🔹 Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
🔹 Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support
🔹 Manage your territory efficiently with CRM-based planning
🔹 Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and opportunities
🔹 Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
What You Bring
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
✅ 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical sales
✅ Experience in surgical environments and working with hospital staff
✅ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✅ Ability to work independently, self-motivated & results-driven
✅ Familiarity with endoscopy & surgical procedures is a plus
✅ Willingness to travel locally and occasionally work flexible hours
