Hospital Pharmacist – IV compounding

Job Description: As a hospital pharmacist within their team, you play a crucial role in advocating for and supporting the safe preparation of toxic drugs. You will work closely with an experienced team and a clinically oriented field service to ensure compliance with the latest Medical Device Regulations (MDR), Materiovigilance, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor a unique, safe, simple, and closed system for the preparation of toxic drugs.
  • Provide clinical on-site product advocacy, training, and demonstrations to hospital pharmacists and their teams.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest regulations and quality standards, including MDR, materiovigilance, and QMS.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team to make cost-effective technologies in cancer care available.
  • Maintain professional relationships with hospital pharmacists and veterinarians.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer questions and requests.
  • Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Manage advisory boards and coordinate their activities.
  • Bring clinical trial suggestions to the table and support/advise ongoing trials.
  • Be our ambassador for our new compounding robot (launched at the end of this year).

Desired Profile:

  • Completed education as a hospital pharmacist.
  • Experience in the preparation of toxic drugs.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the latest Medical Device Regulations (MDR) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and act proactively.
  • Willingness to provide clinical on-site product training and travel regularly within the Benelux/EU region.
  • Team player with a customer-oriented attitude and a focus on service and quality.
