The Role: As a Strategic Account Manager specializing in Solid Tumors, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and qualitative performance parameters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Territory Management: Develop and execute strong territory account planning in close alignment and collaboration with other functions (national and field-based cross-collaborative team).
  • Expert Resource: Use your expertise in Solid Tumors to be a go-to scientific and patient care resource for stakeholders in your assigned territory.
  • Collaboration: Work with health system partners, healthcare practitioners (HCPs), regional patient advocacy groups, and relevant stakeholder groups to support best-in-class Solid Tumors care and education, always keeping the patient at the center.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting relationships based on value addition with key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
  • Project Management: Implement and execute projects, including digital initiatives, to optimize patient care. Apply project management skills to enhance the company’s presence in the territory.
  • Strategic Opportunities: Gather insights and analyze available information to identify strategic opportunities at the account level.
  • Product Communication: Ensure target customers are updated on our product strategy and communication.
  • Event Organization: Organize and execute local symposia, educational sessions, and workshops with key customers.
  • Meeting Participation: Participate in and manage customer care at local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
  • Brand Building: Build an image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the Solid Tumors segment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial representative in Oncology, Immunology, or Rare Diseases.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in project management.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (both verbal and written).
  • Valid driver’s license.
