For a leading provider of transfusion and transplantation diagnostic products, we are recruiting a Technical Sales Specialist Transplant for the Benelux area (with the focus on the Dutch speaking part).

Purpose of the job:
As Technical Sales Specialist you are responsible for developing the business with focus on
targeted accounts and sales opportunities to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
The DMU within the transplant diagnostic labs (academic and others) are : lab managers, technicians, hospital finance managers , physicians.
Specific Skills & Experience
o Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Chemical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related science field
o Proficient knowledge of Transplantation Diagnostics and HLA-related field
o Selling/persuasion/influencing/negotiation skills
o Service-oriented mentality
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, dynamic environment
o Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and at all organizational levels
o Enthusiastic, positive, fairly independent and energetic
o Dutch/English and French is a plus
