Your Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the territory in collaboration with the Product Manager and senior leadership.
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of six Territory Business Managers to achieve annual and long-term goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and field information to set targets, strategies, and bonuses for your team.
- Oversee performance appraisals, set yearly objectives, and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
- Plan and deliver sales meetings, providing actionable insights to management.
- Negotiate and close long-term contracts and tenders.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, HR, marketing, and medical teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Maintain CRM standards and ensure team adherence.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales roles with management experience in a medical oriented business.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native) and English (fluent).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation.
- Knowledge and experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and tools like Showpad.
- Valid driver’s license.
