Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the territory in collaboration with the Product Manager and senior leadership.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of six Territory Business Managers to achieve annual and long-term goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and field information to set targets, strategies, and bonuses for your team.
  • Oversee performance appraisals, set yearly objectives, and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
  • Plan and deliver sales meetings, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Negotiate and close long-term contracts and tenders.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, HR, marketing, and medical teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Maintain CRM standards and ensure team adherence.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales roles with management experience in a medical oriented business.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native) and English (fluent).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation.
  • Knowledge and experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and tools like Showpad.
  • Valid driver’s license.
