What are the responsibilities?

  • The Project Manager manages projects and studies for customers
  • Oversees together with our on-site QP all Clinical Trial Supply activities, including packaging, labelling, storage and distribution
  • Collects all the information on a study design including correct label texts and all other relevant information
  • Oversees expiry update re-labelling
  • Create, implement and adapt an IMP supply strategy defined in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Distribution, supply & inventory management of Investigational Medicinal Products
  • Timely and cost efficient delivery to clinical sites
  • Mitigating supply disruptions: temperature excursions, out of drug situations, recalls, …
  • Participate in audits and coordinate with the quality department
  • Coordinates shipments through the logistics department
  • Business development, set-up & communication with existing & new clients (Sponsors, CRO’s, CDMO’s …)
  • Manage and implement complex and strategic projects taking into account the dynamic controls the business evolution will required

Who is the candidate we are looking for?

  • Ideally you have relevant experience in clinical supply management.
  • University degree, preferably in a life sciences related field. Being a Qualified Person is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of GMP manufacturing, ideally Clinical Trial Labelling expertise.
  • Understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in project management as a Project Coordinator or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with different stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, relationship building and project co-ordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Requires ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
