Job Description
- Manage and expand your assigned sector and product portfolio in the Brussels and Flemish Brabant region (Halle/Vilvoorde), focusing on dental care, ophthalmology, and pediatrics.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing doctors, specialists, and prescribers while actively prospecting for new potential clients.
- Provide professional advice and training to medical teams to support the optimal use and prescription of the products.
- Develop and implement commercial actions and initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Independently manage your schedule to ensure a broad reach within your client base.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a medical representative, with a background in both direct and indirect sales. Experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and French is essential, with a good command of English being an advantage.
- Dynamic, assertive, and entrepreneurial, with the confidence to benchmark products and the company against competitors to drive growth.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Punctual, structured, and professional in client interactions and relationship management.
