About the Role:
We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Manager to take on a pivotal role in overseeing and eventually leading the team across multiple domains, including Regulatory Affairs, Publicity & Scientific Information, GMP/GDP/GXP, and Pharmacovigilance.
This position involves a planned and phased transition of responsibilities over a period of 2-3 years, taking over the leadership duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a highly skilled team across the core domains mentioned above.
- Oversee in-house management of projects, ensuring quality and compliance (excluding audits conducted at manufacturing/distribution sites).
- Provide strategic direction and ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, preferably M.Sc. Pharmacy.
- Experience: Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas is essential: Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, QA, or RIP. Leadership experience is a strong asset.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English is required; French and German are a plus.
