We are looking for a Medical sales representative to join and drive growth in the Luxembourg region (Province of Luxembourg & Grand Duchy of Luxembourg – Bastogne, Durbuy, Bouillon, Arlon, Luxembourg, Esch/Alzette, Ettelbruck, Wiltz…).
What you’ll do:
- Represent and sell products within your territory.
- Own your region: identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, track market trends, and develop a sales strategy with guidance from your manager.
- Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices.
- Execute all sales activities, from product introductions to training and presentations, ensuring key messages reach the right stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your area.
- Act as a brand ambassador at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
- Ensure accurate reporting and CRM management.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Medical teams to achieve shared goals.
Who you are:
- Paramedical or Nursing degree, or equivalent experience in a medical/pharmaceutical environment.
- Previous experience in a sales role within medical or pharmaceutical settings is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in French and good command of English.
- Comfortable with numbers and digital tools (MS Office, CRM systems, Showpad).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Problem solver who can proactively identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
